Frequently asked questions
What do you do?
We supply nurses, carers, clinical leaders and hospitality staff to aged care homes, hospitals, disability services and community providers across South Australia.
Which locations do you cover?
Metropolitan Adelaide and selected regional areas. Availability depends on the role, location, shift times and the staff we have on hand.
How do I request staff?
Use the Request Staff form or phone us with your organisation, location, role, dates and shift times. We confirm availability and send worker details before the shift.
Can you cover short-notice shifts?
Often, yes. Mark your request urgent and phone us, and we will tell you straight away what we can cover.
How do you check your staff?
Before placement we review identity, police checks, registration and qualifications, work rights, references, immunisation records and mandatory training, and we track expiry dates.
What does it cost?
Rates depend on the role, the shift and how long you need cover. Send a request and we will give you clear pricing before you confirm anything.
Can I book the same worker again?
Yes. Where a worker is available, we are happy to offer the same person again, because continuity is better for the people in your care.
What if a worker is not the right fit?
Tell us as soon as you can, by phone or email. We will work out what went wrong, and look for a better match for your next shift.
Do you supply staff for ongoing rosters as well as one-off shifts?
Yes. We can cover a single shift, a block of shifts or a regular weekly roster. Tell us what you need when you send your request.
How do I apply for work with you?
Create an applicant profile, then apply for any open job in one click. We consider your qualifications, experience, work rights, checks and availability.
Do I need to be registered?
Nurses need current AHPRA registration. Carers and support workers usually need a relevant qualification. See the role pages for what we typically look for.
Can I choose my shifts?
Yes. Tell us your availability and the settings you prefer, and we offer shifts that fit.
What documents do I need?
Typically a resume, proof of work rights, a current national police check, immunisation records and two references. Nurses also need current AHPRA registration, and disability workers need an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
This depends on the role and the arrangement offered. We will explain the terms clearly in your offer before you accept any work.
How will I know the status of my application?
Sign in and open My applications to see each status. We will also contact you directly about interviews and offers.
