About this website
The website is operated by Southern Care Nursing Agency (ABN 71 699 524 671). It provides information about our services and lets providers request staff and job seekers apply for work. A request or application through the website is not a guarantee of staff, work or a placement. Availability depends on the role, location, timing and the people we have available.
Your account
- Give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only upload documents that are your own and that you are entitled to share.
Applications and placements
Submitting an application does not create an employment or engagement relationship. Any offer of work will be made separately, with its terms explained, and is subject to the checks and documents required for the role, such as police checks, registration, work rights and screening. We may decline or remove an application or account, for example if information is false or checks are not met.
Staff requests
A staff request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We will confirm availability and arrangements with you directly, and pricing and terms are agreed before a placement starts. Providers remain responsible for the safety and suitability of their own service and for their own regulatory obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to send false, misleading or unlawful content, to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, to interfere with its operation, or to send spam. We may block access if these terms are breached.

We take care to keep the website accurate, but it is general information only and not professional, clinical or legal advice. Content, logos and images belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
